This is a wonderful opportunity to create hope, strength and joy for a child with a critical illness! Wish granters sign up to grant the wish of a child, meet the child and their family virtually or in-person (depending on the comfort level of the family), help the child brainstorm wishes that could bring them strength, hope, and joy, and then help make a wish come true! Wish granting volunteers work in teams of two or three to plan and help fulfill each wish and have the opportunity to make the wish as unique as each child. Wish granters also act as a pen pal to keep the child's spirits up while staff work on the logistics of the wish.
Training is provided, and is flexible with your schedule.
