Camp Oz is a day-long grief camp for children and teens, ages 6 to 18, who have experienced the death of someone in their life.
Volunteer opportunities:
- Group facilitators and helpers
- Videographer and photo booth photographer
- Outdoor activity leader
- Craft leaders and helpers
- Kitchen and meal assistants
Volunteers must be age 18 or over, out of high school and submit to a background check. Time commitment also includes volunteer training. Date and time yet to be determined.
Volunteers will receive specialized training about:
- Childhood grief
- Camp philosophy
- Ways to support grieving children and teens
