Who We Are
Lutheran Social Service of MN is a non-profit organization with programs throughout MN. The LSS Mankato Area Crisis Nursery serves families in Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Nicollet and Waseca counties.
What We Do
The Crisis Nursery provides short-term childcare for children ages 12 and younger when their families are experiencing stress. Children are placed with licensed day care providers, childcare centers, and foster care homes. Services are parent-driven and voluntary. There is no cost to the family, no income guidelines or citizenship requirements.
