Hours are flexible; evening and weekend hours may be necessary at times. Responsibilities may include: 1) plan and implement programs, 2) identify health care needs of individuals served, 3) research and develop written materials, 4) develop and offer presentations, 5) design and run activities, and 6) participate in meetings such as leadership, staff, teamings, and regulatory.
