Start with a happy hour, followed by a Cajun-boiled shrimp dinner, and dance to Jazz – New Orleans Brass Big Band style. Enjoy gambling and wine while you raise money for the Learning Center. Then, be on hand as the Jester appoints the Mardi Gras King and Queen from the crowd to lead the Big Parade.
