The City of Mankato is supporting Earth Week again this year! Gather your family, friends and co-workers to volunteer in Mankato parks, trails and stormwater ponds. Volunteers will help to pickup trash and refuse that has gathered over the winter to keep these items out of our waterways and ensure our greenspaces are looking beautiful as we get closer to spring.
Individuals can participate in the Rasmussen Woods Volunteering Day on Saturday, April 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Equipment will be available onsite and staff will be present to answer questions and measure the amount of trash cleaned up.
