MNRAAA provides high quality, comprehensive and objective assistance to older adults, caregivers, service providers and others in navigating the long-term care system, understanding the full range of service options and accessing health and long-term care benefits.
Trained Senior LinkAge Line volunteers will help with:
- Function as an ambassador for the Senior LinkAge Line
- Offer non-biased information and education
- Provide education on Medicare, fraud, and home and community-based services
- Advocate for older adults and caregivers
- Assist in completing forms
- Provide Medicare counseling
